Memphis-based Mallory Alexander International Logistics has opened a new full-service logistics office in Hong Kong to better serve its fast-growing customer base in the region, the third-party logistics provider announced. The new office is the first in a number of initiatives planned for the Asia region to place employees closer to customers, the company said.

FedEx Gets Approval

for 12 More China Flights

FedEx Corp. has received final approval from the U.S. Department of Transportation to add 12 new weekly flights to China for its FedEx Express business, bringing FedEx Express total weekly flights to China to 23, the company announced. FedEx has asked the DOT for six more flights in 2006 to bring Guangzhou into its network.

Crye-Leike experienced another record-breaking quarter at $1.4 billion in sales, up from $1.1 billion in third quarter 2003, the company said. Crye-Leike reported that all of its market regions achieved the highest quarterly and monthly sales in company history.
