Sells for $12.1 Million
CH Realty III/Germantown LLC has purchased property at
7810-7850 Poplar Ave. in Germantown in phase two of Farmington Shopping Center
for $12.1 million, according to The Daily News Public Records Database,
www.memphisdailynews.com.

Opens Hong Kong Office
Memphis-based Mallory Alexander International Logistics has
opened a new full-service logistics office in Hong Kong to better serve its
fast-growing customer base in the region, the third-party logistics provider announced.
The new office is the first in a number of initiatives planned for the Asia
region to place employees closer to customers, the company said.
FedEx Gets Approval
for 12 More China Flights
FedEx Corp. has received final approval from the U.S.
Department of Transportation to add 12 new weekly flights to China for its
FedEx Express business, bringing FedEx Express total weekly flights to China
to 23, the company announced. FedEx has asked the DOT for six more flights in
2006 to bring Guangzhou into its network.

to Discuss Frayser Plans
The Memphis City Council will vote on a comprehensive
rezoning of the Frayser Planning District at a 3:30 p.m. meeting today at City
Hall. Council members also are slated to vote on the adoption of the Frayser
Futures Comprehensive Plan for Growth and Development.
Crye-Leike Again
Beats Sales Record
Crye-Leike experienced another record-breaking quarter at
$1.4 billion in sales, up from $1.1 billion in third quarter 2003, the company said.
Crye-Leike reported that all of its market regions achieved the highest
quarterly and monthly sales in company history.
