Del-Nat Enters Into New Financing Arrangement

Tracts on Bodley Avenue,

and Texas and Red drives

Cost: $4.8 million

Borrower: Del-Nat Tire Corp.

Lender: Fleet Capital Corp.

Trustee: Warren H. Wild Jr.

Property: Three tracts on Texas Drive, along with tracts on Red Drive and Bodley Avenue.

According to Deron Wisdom, chief financial officer and treasurer of Del-Nat Tire Corp., the multi-million dollar transaction is in connection to the companys new financial arrangements with Fleet Capital.

What weve done is, since years end, weve actually entered into a new financing arrangement for our overall financing and weve changed banks, he said.

Wisdom said that Del-Nat, which markets and distributes private-brand tires, purchased the Red Drive parcel a couple of years ago and has owned the other parcels for several years. He said the property at 2365 Texas Drive is Del-Nats main warehouse.

Though the other parcels have different addresses, Wisdom said they are part of one campus.
