Trezevant Adds New Phase to Shops of Collierville

Lender: National Bank of Commerce

Property: Five parcels totaling more than 6.8 acres near Poplar Avenue in Collierville.

The property comprises the Shops of Collierville at 875 W. Poplar Ave.

Trip Trezevant, developer and owner of Trezevant Enterprises Inc., said the company refinanced phases one through three of the Shops of Collierville and newly financed phase four.

Were adding 20,000 square feet on to that center, Trezevant said of the fourth phase.

The first three phases of the development are 100 percent leased, with tenants including Schlotzskys Deli, Starbucks Coffee, Back Yard Burgers and Payless ShoeSource. Trezevant said no leases have been lined up for phase four.

Some changes are planned for the centers existing phases.

Were doing some modifications to phases one, two and three to tie all four phases together, Trezevant said. Right now, we have square columns out there; were replacing those with round columns and giving them a more upscale, classier look.
