According to information collected from The Daily News
Public Records Database, the $18.1 million special warranty deed included two
of Saddle Creeks three shopping centers. No warranty deed was found for Saddle
Creek North, 7615 W. Farmington Road.
Property manager Karen Faulkner would not comment on the
sale. A call to Terry McEwen, president of Poag and McEwen Lifestyle Centers,
which manages Saddle Creek, was not immediately returned.
