The Mid-South Association of Health Underwriters hosts Dr

The Mid-South Association of Health Underwriters hosts Dr. G. Scott Morris, founder and executive director of the Church Health Center, at its meeting at 9 a.m. today at the Hope & Healing Center, 1115 Union Ave. The event is free for members and $15 for non-members. Baptist Memorial Health Care hosts a seminar titled The Emotional Roller Coaster of Breast Cancer: Hanging On and Sharing the Ride from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. today in the classrooms at Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women. Psychologist Glenn Ann Martin and breast cancer survivor Jan Harvey explore common reactions and practical tips to cope with those feelings. Cost is free; reservations are required.
