Keith and David Grant Homes LLC financed $1.5 million through First Tennessee Bank National Association, securing the loan with 10 lots in the Arlington Trace Subdivision, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 27.

 

TERKAP LLC financed $1.7 million through Trust One Bank, securing the loan with 9.6 acres in the Whitten Forest Planned Development near Whitten Road and 3.6 acres near the Lagrange Trails Subdivision and the Whitten Forest Planned Development, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 26.

 

Anointed Temple of Praise Outreach Ministries Inc. financed $1.2 million through SouthTrust Bank, securing the loan with 6.2 acres near Birch Run Lane and Riverdale Road, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 26.

 

Gayle S. Rose purchased property at 228 E. Chickasaw Parkway in the Chickasaw Gardens subdivision from Dunbar Abston Jr. and Constance C. Abston for $1.2 million, according to a warranty deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 26.

 

Sammy Bell and Angie Bell purchased one lot in the Southwind Planned Development at 8575 The Island of Southwind from William Bryce III and Patricia S. Bryce for $1.5 million, according to a warranty deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 22.

 

Crestwyn Properties, a Tennessee general partnership, financed $2.9 million through First Tennessee Bank National Association, securing the loan with one lot on the north side of Crestwyn Hills Drive in the Crestwyn Hills subdivision in Germantown, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 20.

 

Germantown Collection, a Tennessee general partnership, financed $7.9 million through Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Co., an Iowa corporation, securing the loan with land in Germantown Collection Mall, an addition to Farmington Shopping Center near Poplar Avenue and Exeter Road, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 20.

 

Lightman Cordova Center Co., a Tennessee general partnership, financed $3.3 million through National Bank of Commerce, securing the loan with parcels totaling 2.2 acres in the Germantown Crossing subdivision, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 20.

 

The Shops of Chickasaw Gardens LLC financed $4.2 million through Merchants and Farmers Bank, securing the loan with land at 3109-3813 Poplar Ave., according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 19.

 

WESTCO Development No. 31 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, financed $6.9 million through State Farm Life Insurance Co., an Illinois corporation, securing the loan with land near Wolf River Boulevard and Riverdale Road in Germantown, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 19.

 

Park City Properties LLC, a North Carolina company, purchased one lot in Dan Turleys South Willett Street Subdivision from David William Schalker and Mark James Drottz for $1.8 million, according to a warranty deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 13.

 

SKN LLC, Richwell Bedding Co. Inc. and Don Stanley Wells financed $2.8 million through First Tennessee Bank National Association, securing the loan with 5.9 acres in the Kemmons Wilson-Wayne Todd Highway 64 Planned Development, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 12.

 

Collierville Marketplace Storage LLC financed $3.5 million through First Tennessee Bank National Association, securing the loan with three parcels totaling 9.8 acres near Market Boulevard, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 12.

 

South 64 Joint Venture financed $2.9 million through Union Planters Bank National Association, securing the loan with two parcels of land totaling 3.5 acres near Houston Levee Road and U.S. Highway 64, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 12.

 

Fullview Missionary Baptist Church financed $2 million through First Tennessee Bank National Association, securing the loan with property at 7119 Memphis-Arlington Road in Bartlett and six acres of land at Memphis-Arlington and Oak roads, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 11.

 

J.R. Hyde and Barbara R. Hyde purchased property at 6040 Shady Grove Road from J. Herbert Humphreys Jr. for $1.4 million, according to a warranty deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Aug. 11.
