Marcia J. Thorp was appointed president of a new division at Watkins Uiberall PLLC. Scott A. Fletcher was appointed vice president and Pamela M. Finch was named plan administrator of Plan Administration and Consulting LLC. The subsidiary is designed to handle pension administration in response to the growing demand for plan administration and consulting services. Thorp earned a degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin. She previous worked for NationsBank. Fletcher earned a masters degree from University of Nebraska. He previously worked at Promus Hotel Corp. Finch is a graduate of Jones County Junior College.
Marc A. Sorin joined the law and mediation offices of Rebecca Adelman PLC. He received a bachelors degree at Indiana University and a law degree from the University of Memphis.
Heidi R. Hoffecker joined the Chattanooga office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell. Hoffecker concentrates her practice in the area of litigation. She earned a bachelors degree from Maryville College and a law degree from the Tennessee College of Law.
