USF Holland Inc., a regional carrier unit of USFreightways Corp., announced ISO 9002 registration was awarded to three freight terminals in Tennessee Chattanooga, Memphis and Nashville. The certificates are the result of recent audits that inspected quality system processes at these facilities. Location audits conducted by European Quality Assurance Ltd. began Feb. 26. The first certificate was awarded to the company April 19. ``Once again our people have risen to the challenge and proven they are truly process-oriented and customer-focused,'' said Steve Blubaugh, the company's director of process improvement. ``We have six more locations being audited this month. If these audits go well, USF Holland could be in a position to obtain company-wide ISO 9002 registration by the end of July." USF Holland serves the Southeast.
