Jon Woods joined Chris Woods Construction Co Jon Woods joined Chris Woods Construction Co. Inc. as an assistant project manager/estimator. He earned a bachelors degree from Auburn University. Four community members were elected to the board of trustees for BRIDGES Inc. They are: Cheryl Patterson, an attorney from Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs; Jean Benham, the owner of Bella Viaggia; Archie Willis III, founder and president of Community Capital; and Maury Radin, interim chief executive officer of Memphis Planned Parenthood. Joy Fitzgerald joined the Mid-South Foundation for Medical Care Inc. as community education coordinator. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in the mental health field, primarily in vocational education and rehabilitation. She attended Christian Brothers University. Ellen Baker was appointed retail sales manager for Cricket Communications Memphis market. Prior to joining Cricket, Baker spent eight years with BellSouth. Richard Ranta, dean of the College of Communication and Fine Arts at the University of Memphis, was re-elected chairman of the board of the Memphis and Shelby County Film and Television Commission. Melissa Ocampo was named sales operations manager for Cricket Communications Memphis market. David Webb recently took office as president of the FedEx Pilots Association. He has been a FedEx pilot for more than 16 years. He joined the company from Eastern Airlines. Other officers elected to serve a two-year term were: Wally Huggins, from Collierville, vice president; and Tony Hauserman, from Felton, Pa., secretary/treasurer. Huggins joined FedEx in 1985, after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps for nine years. Lynn McDonald, Cynthia Scales, Thomas Lyons and Woodrow Pierce are among a group of Allstate insurance agents who earned the personal financial representative title. These agents can provide their customers variable annuity, variable life and mutual fund products, in addition to auto, homeowner and traditional life insurance products. Robert L. Hutton joined Glankler Brown PLLC. Prior to becoming a Glankler Brown member, he was an associate with the firm. He earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University. J. Everett Pidgeon III joined E.H. Crump Realty Inc. as a specialist in industrial and office real estate.
