David C David C. Bradford joined Askew Hargraves Harcourt & Associates Inc. as a mechanical project engineer. He holds bachelors and masters degrees from Mississippi State University. Christopher M. Kolehmainen has joined Archer/Malmo as chief financial officer. He was finance director at the National Civil Rights Museum. Kolehmainen earned two bachelors degrees from Boston University. John D. Davis Jr. joined Bean & Ison, CPAs and Consultants as a senior business consultant. He graduated from the University of Baltimore and the Morgan State University School of Business. Prior to joining the firm, he was a sole practitioner. Yvonne Leander was selected as senior community builder for the Memphis office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Most recently, she was community builder in the Nashville, Tenn., office. She earned a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia. Edmond D. Cicala was the recipient of the United Methodists Associations Hall of Fame in Philanthropy Award for 2001. He has been a member of the Methodist Healthcare board since 1987. He retired from Goldsmiths Department Stores as chairman and chief executive officer in 1982. Bethany Flint joined McNeely Pigott & Fox/Memphis as a staff associate. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an intern with Ruder Finn and Abramson Labus Van de Velde in Washington, D.C., MP&F in Nashville and Memphis Magazine. She earned a bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University. Scott B. Ostrow joined Wyatt Tarrant & Combs as an associate in the Memphis office. He earned masters and law degrees from the University of Memphis and a bachelors degree from Rhodes College. Toni Campbell Parker, former shareholder of Harris, Shelton, Dunlap, Cobb and Ryder, and Apperson, Crump & Maxwell, joined Wyatt Tarrant & Combs as a resident in the firms Memphis office. She earned bachelors and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. Shari Myers joined Berclair Insurance Center. She earned a bachelors degree from the University of Madrid and a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced law in Florida. Thomas W. Garvey was elected executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of TBC Corp. Garvey was executive vice president and CFO of Tire Kingdom. Robert J. Adams was appointed vice president of marketing and sales for ResortQuest International. Prior to joining the firm, he was director of e-commerce marketing for AutoZone. Dr. Jose Antonio Velazquez was named executive director of Latino-Memphis Conexion. Velazquez joined the organization from Belhaven College where he served as dean of the Memphis campus. He earned a bachelors degree from Houghton College, a masters from Middlebury College and doctorate from the Univerisdad de Valladolid in Spain.
