Charlotte Kelley was named marketing assistant for the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center Charlotte Kelley was named marketing assistant for the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center. She had worked as community relations/marketing assistant at the Memphis Pink Palace Museum. Kelley has a bachelors degree from Christian Brothers University. Emily D. Wade joined the law firm of Waring Cox PLC, as an associate. Prior to joining the organization, she had worked with Webb, Sanders, Balducci & Smith in Tupelo, Miss. She has a bachelors degree from Freed-Hardeman University and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. Fleming/Associates/Architects P.C. announced the following promotions: Debbie Ross to senior associate and Marcy W. Kinkennon, Mark A. Cannon, Steven W. Landwehr, Robert W. Howell, J. Cecil ODaniel to associates. Rhett Hailey retired from The Trane Co., Mid-South Division after serving as 25 years with the company. Vickie Clark was named director of Emergency Services at Methodist Healthcare Central Hospital. She had worked as unit director of Emergency Services at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. J. Walter Allen has been named as managing director of Integra Memphis, the new office of Integra Realty Resources Inc. Integra Memphis will provide coverage for the corporation in the Mid-South. Allen, founder of Allen & Associates Appraisal Service Inc., joined other major appraisal firms, to come under the Integra banner. Integra Memphis has six employees. Like all Integra offices it is staffed with appraisers who hold designations from the Appraisal Institute. Allen and Rand Bouldin both hold the Member Appraisal Institute designation. Cynthia Magallon was named vice president of international programming for the YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South. Magallon began her career with the YMCA 17 years ago in Los Angeles. Rorie Trammel was named vice president of development and community relations. She joined the YMCA in January 2000 as executive director of urban programming. Sandy Becker, membership services director for the Fogelman Downtown YMCA, was named Employee of the Year for the YMCA of Memphis. Tammy Navarre was appointed director of marketing and quality assurance for the LEDIC Management Group. She recently served as both property manager and district property manager for the company. Camilla F. Wright joined Gordon & Associates CPA as a staff accountant. She has a bachelors degree from the University of Memphis. She is a certified public accountant candidate and is pursuing a masters degree.
