Steven L. Oseman Jr. joined the family-owned Oseman Insurance Agency as administrative manager. He had worked as a financial analyst with Meridian Resource Corp. He has a bachelors degree from Millsaps College and is in a masters program at the University of Memphis.

Sally Woodmansee was named director of development for Hospice of the River. Prior to joining the organization, she was director of development for Lausanne Collegiate School.
Caby Byrne was named executive director of Hospice of the River. He was administrator of hospice services at Methodist Alliance Healthcare Services. He has a masters degree from the University of Memphis, among other degrees.
Lisa Ayers joined Verizon Wireless as business account executive for the Memphis area. She had worked previously with Powertel and MCI Worldcom. Ayers is a graduate of State Technical Institute.
Daniel T. Robinson, Jr. joined the Bogatin Law Firm as a member in the corporate and transactional practice group. He has a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Memphis and a combined master of business administration degree and law degree from the University of Memphis.
Theodore T. Kitai joined the Bogatin Law Firm as an associate in the corporate and transactional practice group. He received his bachelors and law degrees from the University of Tennessee.
Edwin Braly and Dan Rogers, agents with Allstate Financial along with life specialist Kimba Harris earned the personal financial representative title. The designation will allow them to provide customers variable annuity, variable life and mutual fund products, in addition to auto, homeowner and traditional life insurance products.
Sheila Shaffer was named Tennessee West Region executive for Bank of America. Prior to joining the Memphis team, Shaffer was regional sales manager for the Suncoast Market in Florida. She has a bachelors degree from Rochhurst College in Kansas City, Mo.
Lathan Presley was named business development manager as The Memphis Cancer Centers "ambassador" to referring physicians and area corporations.

OConnor Kenny Partners, Inc. announced two additions to their organization. Michael Vazeii was named traffic manager/production assistant and Debbie Graham was named production manager.
Eva Goodson returned to the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau as national sales manager in the convention development department. She has a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama.
