Local real estate firm Real Estate Network LLC recently aligned with global residential real estate firm ERA Franchise Systems Local real estate firm Real Estate Network LLC recently aligned with global residential real estate firm ERA Franchise Systems Inc. The company now conducts business as ERA Legacy Realty. It will continue to serve consumers in Memphis and the Mid-South from its 2504 Mount Moriah Road, D-302 location. ERA Legacy Realty has 16 agents and is expecting to add more before year-end. Broker/owner R. Darnell Tate, who has more than 15 years of real estate experience, will become president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers Memphis chapter Jan. 1. Crichton College officially signed the contract Friday to purchase World Overcomers Outreach Ministries Church at 255 N. Highland St. for $3.5 million in a move designed to solidify the colleges growth in Memphis on property it will own. The move to the High Point Terrace neighborhood is beneficial to both the college and the community, said Ronald Schmidt, Crichton president, as the college can expand and advance its mission to educate highly skilled and productive citizens in Christian principals. The move is the first phase of a broader plan to offer a full-service college campus over the next few years. The property on Highland, which was formerly used as an educational facility, has ample classroom space, a 1,700-seat auditorium and more than 100,000 square feet of building space situated on seven acres. This transaction is part of three-way agreement. The World Overcomers Church purchased the Central Church property at 6655 Winchester where Crichton is currently housed. Central Church is moving to a transitional facility until its new church is Collierville is complete. Crye-Leike, Realtors has opened its third branch office in Mississippi, a decision prompted by the tremendous growth in sales volume generated from its Olive Branch and Southaven, Miss., offices. Crye-Leike opened an office in Hernando to serve more clients in the southernmost part of DeSoto County, as well as Tunica, Tate and Panola counties. The new office is at 2170 U.S. Highway 51, Suite 1. Three affiliate brokers were added as the office builds a sales force of up to 15 agents. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, DeSoto County is one of the top 10 fastest growing counties in the nation. Crye-Leike also has three franchise offices in Mississippi New Albany, Oxford and Tupelo.
