Memphis firm to manage Memphis firm to manage Florida resort properties Davidson Hotel Co. of Memphis added two properties to its management portfolio. The Hilton Longboat Key Beach Resort and the Holiday Inn Lido Beach in Florida are two of the 26 properties managed by Davidson, 1755-D Lynnfield Road, Suite 142. The Hilton resort has a private beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, across the bay from Sarasota, Fla. Each of the 80 guestrooms and 22 suites features a private balcony or terrace. The hotel offers more than 3,500 square feet of meeting space, three restaurants and a swimming pool. The Holiday Inn is on a barrier island, off the Sarasota coast. The hotel is two blocks from more than 140 restaurants, shops and galleries on St. Armands Circle. The property has seven floors with 131 guestrooms and four suites. Prime Property Fund, one of the largest commingled real estate accounts for pension investors, owns both properties. The fund is managed by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, the global real estate financial services company. Parkway Crossing LLC, a Tennessee limited company, financed $2.2 million through First Tennessee Bank, securing the loan with lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Dunavant Austin and Ragan subdivision, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Thursday. Farnsworth Farms Two financed $7.3 million through National Bank of Commerce, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office, Nov. 22. The entity purchased property at 5400 Distriplex Farms Dr. from Farnsworth Industrial Land Partnership for about $1.5 million, according to a warranty deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Nov. 22. 200 Linden Ave. Properties GP financed $1.1 million through InSouth Bank, according to a trust deed filed in the Shelby County Registers Office Thursday.
