The Memphis City Council will host a citywide Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. at East High School, 3206 Poplar Ave. Mayor Willie Herenton and members of the council, as well as staff members from police services, fire services, public services, general services and housing and community development, and Herman Morris, president of Memphis Light, Gas and Water, will be present.
