Fifty two Memphis-area Crye-Leike sales associates earned the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation this year
A total of 52 Memphis-area Crye-Leike sales associates recently earned the accredited buyer representative designation. They join more than 23,000 real estate professionals in North American who have earned the title. The requirements for the designation include a two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field. Bartlett residents are Charles R. Carroll, Arleene S. Dick, Barbara Garrett, Patricia A. Johnson, Rita H. Percer, Jo Ann B. Scott and Carol A. Whaley. Collierville residents are Steve Kessler, Lori Duke, Debra P. Hood, Ann Maree Matthews, Joyce A. McKenzie, Pauline Podowiltz and Judy S. Skinta. Cordova residents are Angela Bisceglia, Patricia C. Brister, Betty Carter, Jeanie Costa, Fernando Fernandez, Abbey Garner, Cheryl A. Goodman, Robert J. Gorman and Cynthia Thomas-Murden. Germantown residents are Mary Baker, Suzanne M. Davey, Mark Duck, Marsha A. Fletcher, Marcia Hughes, William H. Mainord, Patti Masterson, Molly Plunk, Joy T. Shelley, Mary Ann Tapp, Don D. Varner and Glenda S. Wilkerson. Memphis residents are Brenda Cowan, Marsha Dayton, Janice M. Harbor, Cecelia Hendren, Marie E. Holland, Katie L. Houston, Judy McLellan, Crystal Mitchell, Terry Pera, Pam Phillips, Ronnie E. Raney, Elsie Ward, Erma Jean Williams, Penny C. Worley and Amanda Wright. Millington residents are Lupe Behrens and Bradley W. Merritt.
Three Memphis Area Association of Realtors members were chosen for state leadership positions. Patty Rainer, broker with McWaters and Associates, was installed as secretary/treasurer of the Tennessee Chapter of the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council. Affiliate broker Nancy Guy with Crye-Leike was installed as secretary of the Tennessee Chapter of the Residential Sales Council and Kathy McMath, affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, was installed as president-elect of the Graduate Realtors Institute.
