The seminar will explore standard distribution options, direct rollovers, how to keep money tax deferred and how rollover IRA funds should be invested. Viking Culinary Arts Center will hold its "Incredible Cookie Baking Class" beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the sixth floor of Peabody Place, 119 S.
