Main St. at 9 a.m. Memphis Rotary Club meeting/luncheon will be held at the Memphis Cook Convention Center. CareerTrack Seminar, "The Exceptional Assistant," will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Memphis Cook Convention Center. Wednesday, Dec. 15 Center City Development Corp. will meet in the conference room at Center City Commission offices at 114 N. Main at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16 First Tennessee Brokerage will host a "Keep Your Money Working For You" seminar at 6 p.m. in the First Tennessee Retirement Resource Center at 530 Oak Court Dr., Suite 200. The seminar will explore standard distribution options, direct rollovers, how to keep money tax deferred and how rollover IRA funds should be invested. Viking Culinary Arts Center will hold its "Incredible Cookie Baking Class" beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the sixth floor of Peabody Place, 119 S. Main St. Viking director Colleen DePete will teach students some of the best cookie recipes for the holiday season. The cost of the class is $35. For more information or to register, call 578-5822. Main St. at 8:30 a.m. Fred Pryor Seminar, "Become a Great Communicator," will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cook Convention Center. The Memphis Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors presents National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors president John M. Ruckel, who will speak on issues facing the insurance industry at 8 a.m. The meeting convenes at the Memphis Area Homebuilders Association, 776 N. Germantown Parkway. To reserve a seat, call 360-1478. Dec. 17 The Memphis Bar Association Young Lawyers Division will present ``A Judicial View of Lawyers Ethics, from 9 a.m. to noon at the City Council Chambers, 125 N. Main St. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The seminar meets three hours of ethics continuing legal education credit. The speaker for the event has not been announced. The cost is $75 for MBA members, $50 for non-MBA members registering before Dec. 15, and $15 for non-attorneys or those who do not need CLE credit.
