A fourth Fazolis restaurant will open in Memphis Thursday at 6466 Poplar Ave
A fourth local Fazolis restaurant will open Thursday at 6466 Poplar Ave. The franchise owner is Shane Coughlin. Other Fazolis restaurants are located on Riverdale Road and in Bartlett and Southaven, Miss. The restaurants serve Italian food and offer dine-in, carryout and drive-through services.
Binswanger Glass, the retail division of VVP America, has acquired the assets of Liberty Glass of Austin, Texas. Binswanger already has two locations in Austin and more than 70 locations in 11 states that specialize in commercial and residential glazing and auto glass installation.
The board of directors for AutoZone approved the repurchase of up to $150 million of the companys common stock in the open market. This is in addition to the $100 million approved repurchase announced in January 1998 and the $150 million approved repurchase announced in October. AutoZone announced May 8 it had repurchased $159.8 million of common stock.

Storage USA Inc. declared a cash dividend of 67 cents per share for the period ending June 30. The dividend is payable July 12 to shareholders of record as of June 25.
