Real Review 5-18-99 Real Review 5-25-99 A building permit valued at $4.5 million has been issued by Shelby County Construction Code Enforcement to Holland-Hinrichs Construction Co. for construction of a new facility for R&L Carriers Inc. at 11305 Gulfstream in Arlington. The project will include building an 80,100-square-foot truck terminal and a 15,365-square-foot maintenance facility, according to a spokesman for Holland-Hinrichs. R&L Carriers, based in Wilmington, Ohio, is building the facility in Arlingtons industrial park. It will be the companys first facility in the Memphis area. W.R.H. Enterprises, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, has financed $2.5 million through InSouth Bank, securing the loan with 41 acres on Macon Road, according to a trust deed filed Thursday in the Shelby County Registers Office. The purpose of the loan is for development of the Cordova Ridge subdivision. John Worley Jr. Builder Inc., a Tennessee corporation, financed $2 million through Union Planters Bank, securing the loan with eight lots in the first addition of Phase 10 of the Wellington Farms subdivision, according to a trust deed filed Wednesday. The purpose of the loan is for home construction. Collierville-based Harrell Homebuilders Inc., financed $2.1 million through the Bank of Bartlett, securing the loan with six lots in the first phase of Southridge Subdivision in Collierville, according to a trust deed filed May 18. The purpose of the loan is for home construction. A building permit valued at $29,000 has been issued to Suiter Construction Co. Inc., for renovation of space in the Chickasaw Oaks Plaza shopping center for a new location for Memphis-based coffee retailer The Fine Grind. Located just off Poplar Avenue, the East Memphis location will be the companys second store in Memphis. The retailers other store is located near the Wolfchase Galleria.
