Ralph B Ralph B. Lake, former executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Promus Hotel Corp., has become a member of Burch, Porter & Johnson. Other new members include William A. Carson II, Scott J. Crosby, Susan M. Clark and Todd A. Rose. Jon P. Debardeleben has become associated with the firm. PSI has announced several new employees. Harald W. Leikauf has joined PSI as vice president, controlling. Leikauf has spent the past 19 years at Lurgi in Germany. He is a graduate of the University of Duisburg. M.L. (Lee) Miller has joined PSI as manager of electrical and instrumentation. He previously worked for Sandwell Inc. Miller is a graduate of Auburn University. George F. Rae has joined PSI as principal engineer. He previously worked in research and development at British Steel Co. Houston Craddock Jr. has joined Construction Management Plus Inc. He formerly was director of facilities for Nonconnah Corporate Center. Craddock is a graduate of Rhodes College. Dr. Fred G. Thomason has been appointed medical director for Youth Villages. He previously was medical director for the Children and Youth Unit at St. Joseph Hospital and chairman of St. Josephs department of psychiatry. He is a faculty member at the University of Tennessee. Melony Bradley has joined Pickering Inc. as marketing assistant. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University. Cathy Gilland has been named facility administrator for Ambulatory Resource Centres Inc. She was previously facility administrator of Memphis Surgery Center. Valerie Washburn has been named business office manager of ARCs East Memphis surgery center. She most recently was regional business office operations supervisor for HealthSouth. Philip W. Cruzen, president of Cruzen Equipment Co. Inc., has been elected vice president of the Petroleum Equipment Institute. Jennifer Miles of Federal Express has been elected 1999 president of the Direct Marketing Association of Memphis. Other officers include vice president Doug Sternberg of Commercial Data Corp., treasurer Allan Katz of Allan Katz Direct Marketing, secretary Lee Plesofsky of Ambassador Envelopes, membership chair Sheila Rathburn of Archer/Malmo Direct and public relations chair Veena Paidipalli of Thompson & Price Dialogue Marketing. Jill P. Kitchens of Rhea & Ivy P.L.C. recently completed all requirements of the certified public accountant examination. Keith Caskey, an information consultant for Summerfield Associates, was recognized by National Personnel Associates as the top producer in February among more than 1,400 consultants.
