The Vineyards Apartments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and entity of Sentinel Real Estate Corp. of New York, has purchased The Vineyards Apartments at 7109 Vineyards Way in Germantown from Germantown Vineyards Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, for $17.5 million, according to a special warranty deed filed Feb. 24 in the Shelby County Registers Office.
Value Enhancement Fund II LLC, a Georgia limited liability company and entity of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc., has financed $7.4 million through PNC Bank N.A., securing the loan with 12 acres on Summer Avenue in the Summer Center subdivision, according to trust deed filed Feb. 25.
Marianna Memphis Inc., a Nebraska corporation, has purchased about 10 acres of property on Jackson Avenue from Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Inc. for $2 million, according to a special warranty deed filed March 1.
Williamsburg Partners LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, has financed $1.1 million through Financial Federal Savings Bank, securing the loan with three acres of land in the Poplar-Prescott subdivision on Poplar Avenue, according to a trust deed filed Feb. 26.
Mid-Town Residential Limited Partnership, a Texas limited partnership, has purchased three acres of land on Union Avenue from Methodist Healthcare, according to a special warranty deed filed Feb. 24.
Choctaw Inc., a Delaware corporation, has financed $4.6 million through BT Management Services PTY Limited, securing the loan with part of lots 23, 24 and 25 in Section B-1 of the Nonconnah Corporate Center, according to a trust deed filed Feb. 24.
SDK Properties LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, has financed $1.3 million through First Tennessee Bank, securing the loan with a portion of Schilling Farms LLC property on Crescent Drive, according to a trust deed filed March 2.
