RFS names J Louis S. DiPasqua has been named to the newly established position of vice chairman of TBC Corp. and will continue to serve as chief executive officer. Lawrence C. Day was named to the position of president but will retain the position of chief operating officer. Day previously served as executive vice president. J. William Lovelace was elected president and chief operating officer of RFS Hotel Investors Inc. and a member of its board of directors. Lovelace was previously executive vice president of the company. Mike Pascal was promoted from vice president and chief financial officer to executive vice president and chief financial officer of RFS. Angie Mock was promoted from vice president to senior vice president in charge of asset management for RFS. William Crosby was promoted from vice president to senior vice president in charge of capital projects for RFS. Craig Hofer was promoted from director of financial analysis to vice president of RFS. Thompson & Co. has named four new employees. Michael McGee has been named chief financial officer. He previously was controller/operations manager at Ragland, Strother & Lafitte insurance agency in Dallas. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Melinda Medlin has been named account supervisor for Thompson & Baker. Her previous experience includes political campaign and public relations work for Vice President Al Gore and Health and Human Services secretary Donna Shalala. Kimberly Weems has joined the company as a media buyer. She previously was broadcast assistant for Western International Media. She is graduate of Brevard Community College. Maggie LeGros has joined the agency as assistant media buyer. She previously worked for Goodys Family Clothing as print media buyer. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Mark Manning has joined Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. as practice builder. He previously was a project manager with Allen & Hoshall. Manning is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Jeffrey Thomas has joined Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. as a computer-aided design tech. He previously was a CAD tech for Allen & Hoshall. Annette Lusk has been promoted to art director at Chandler, Ehrlich & Co. She formerly was senior graphic artist. Patricia Jones has been promoted to vice president of production services at Chandler, Ehrlich & Co. She formerly was director of production services. Kaywin Feldman has been named director of Brooks Museum of Art. She previously was director of the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art, History and Science. She has masters degrees from the Institute of Archaeology and Courtauld Institute of Art at the University of London and a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan. George Glover, president and chief operating officer of Wilson Hotel Management Co. Inc., has been re-elected to a second term as secretary/treasurer of the International Association of Holiday Inns. Ted Showalter has been named director of finance for the Church Health Center. He previously was controller. Monica Hinkle has joined the center as a development associate, and Jennifer Larson has joined the center as associate director for public relations. Rick Thompson has joined the centers Hope and Healing ministry as community development coordinator, Kelly Garrett has joined the ministry as director of the preschool for the Caldwell School Initiative and Richard Bryant has joined the ministry as coordinator of exercise and movement. The National Society of Fund Raising Executives awarded its Crystal Awards to Jim and Carol Prentiss for individual philanthropy, Rose Jackson Flenorl of International Paper for corporate philanthropy and Bro. Patrick OBrien of Christian Brothers University for fund-raising executive.
