RFS names J Louis S. DiPasqua has been named to the newly established position of vice chairman of TBC Corp. and will continue to serve as chief executive officer. Lawrence C. Day was named to the position of president but will retain the position of chief operating officer. Day previously served as executive vice president. J. William Lovelace was elected president and chief operating officer of RFS Hotel Investors Inc. and a member of its board of directors. Lovelace was previously executive vice president of the company.
