David A David A. Boelter has joined Medshares Inc. as president of Medshares Nursing Services Inc. and Medshares Infusion Group Inc. He formerly was national director of home care and hospice services for Vencor Inc. Thomas W. Clarke has been appointed to the board of directors of JMGR Inc. He has been part of the companys structural engineering division for 16 years. Harris, Shelton, Dunlap & Cobb has announced five new associates. Brett Hughes will concentrate his practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. He formerly was an assistant district attorney general. Hughes received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and a law degree from Samford University. Chesney Falk McAfee will concentrate her practice in the areas of general civil litigation and criminal defense. She formerly was an assistant district attorney general. McAfee received an undergraduate degree from Rhodes College and a law degree from the University of Memphis. Christopher Campbell will concentrate his practice in the areas of insurance defense, collections and general civil litigation. He received a bachelors degree from Ouachita Baptist University and a law degree from the University of Arkansas. Donrua Barnes-Hulsey will concentrate her practice in the areas of commercial lending, real estate, health care, closely held entities and business transactions. She received a law degree from the University of Tennessee. Shawn L. Verner will concentrate his practice in the areas of business transactions and counseling. He received a bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University and a masters degree from the University of Tennessee. Kathi Rowzie has joined Chandler, Ehrlich & Co. as senior public relations account manager. She formerly operated Rowzie Public Relations. Evan Nahmias has joined the law firm of McDonald Kuhn as an associate. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis. Ann Bell-Keszler has joined Financial Federal Savings Bank as a residential loan officer. She most recently was with Community Mortgage. Gerald H. "Jerry" Sowards, broker-owner of Sowards & Associates Realtors of Germantown, has been elected president-elect of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Pearlie Pilgram, director of nursing administration for Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp., has been named president-elect of the Tennessee Organization of Nurse Executives. Karen Kassen of Kitchens Unlimited has been elected chair of the Memphis association of the American Society of Interior Designers. Other officers include chair-elect Gil Humphrey of Gil Humphrey Designers, recording secretary Gayle Rosental of Shea-Moore Design, corresponding secretary Laura Lee Howze of Howze Designs, finance officer Barbara Anderson of Bradford Furniture Showroom and Memphis representative to the board Karen Adcock of Mills Morris Business Products.
