Morgan Keegan Promotes Four
Jeffrey C. Kline has been appointed vice president of fulfillment for Genesis Direct Inc. He will oversee operations at the companys local distribution center. Kline formerly was director of fulfillment operations for Nordstroms direct sales division.
Michael R. Marshall has become a partner in the law firm of Evans & Petree. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law. Marshall will concentrate his practice in business litigation.
Karen B. Reagler has become associated with the law firm of Evans & Petree. She is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and most recently clerked for Missouri Supreme Court Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr.
Tracey Shanklin has joined Walker & Associates as production manager. Shanklin has more than 15 years of traffic and production management experience.
Thompson & Co. has announced three new employees.
Amy Lawrence has joined Thompson & Co. as an associate copywriter. She is a recent graduate of Rhodes College.
Lesley White has joined the company as an assistant media buyer. She previously was manager for Owen Brennans restaurant. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis.
Teresa Williams has joined the firm as the creative service coordinator. She previously was coordinator for National Safety Associates. She is a graduate of Draughons Business College.

James H. Ganier has been named vice chairman for corporate
affairs of the brokerage firm. He formerly served as president of the private client group. Ganier is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
Mark A. Lee succeeds Ganier as president of the private client group. He formerly was managing director and branch manager of the firms Little Rock, Ark., office. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
Stephen P. Laffey has been named president of the firms equity capital markets group. He formerly was head of equity institutional sales and trading. He has an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and a masters degree from Harvard University.
Robert A. Baird has been named head of its fixed income investment banking division. He formerly was co-head of the fixed income banking division. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Kathy J. Hannah has joined Pickering Inc. as an administrative assistant in the companys civil engineering department. She has more than 15 years experience.
Sharon D. Mitchell has joined Pickering Inc. as an environmental scientist. She has more than five years experience and is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Shephanie Parson has been promoted to executive secretary in Pickerings environmental engineering department. She had worked for eight years as a librarian.
Beverly Pogue is Pickerings new librarian. She has been with the company for one year as a part-time assistant in the civil department.

Raymond L. Bergin Jr. and Perry J. Green have been promoted to managers in the tax department. Bergin received bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Mississippi. Green received a bachelors degree from the University of Mississippi and a masters degree from the University of Memphis.
Mark Ricketts has been named general manager of the Courtyard by MarriottMemphis East/Lenox Corporate Park. Ricketts previously was general manager of the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Indianapolis.
