At The Enclave, Belz recently completed a 6,500-square-foot office building. There is also the potential to build two additional buildings there to bring the total square footage to 18,000. Belz will begin construction in the next 60 days on a 75,000-square-foot office building at Windyke. It will mark the beginning of the development of the office park, a 15-acre facility with the potential for 275,000 square feet of space. Belz also is beginning the expansion of Shelby Oaks Office Plaza. Local members and allied members of the American Society of Interior Designers received six awards at the Tennessee chapters annual conference.
