Rick Ruffin has joined Morgan Keegan & Co
Rick Ruffin has joined Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. as a first vice president in institutional fixed income sales. Ruffin formerly was manager of J.C. Bradfords client services group. He has a bachelors degree from Arkansas State University and a law degree from the University of Arkansas.

Marilyn Winn has been appointed human resources manager of the corporate information technology department of Sedgwick Inc. Winn previously was assistant manager of Sedgwicks corporate human resources department.
Bob Brame has been named executive director of the Fire Museum of Memphis. He formerly was program and news director at WMC-AM and executive director of the Memphis Park Commission.
Sharon Ross of Ellers, Oakley, Chester & Rike Inc. will serve as the 1998-1999 president of the Memphis chapter No. 82 of the American Society of Women Accountants. Other officers and directors include vice president Theresa Thonton of Make-A-Wish Foundation, secretary/treasurer Diane Patton of Federal Express Inc. and directors Aubra Harrison of Woodson-Tenent Laboratories and Sharon Parker of Tesco Properties Inc.
Chris White has been appointed co-manager of 84 Lumber Co. He is a graduate of Montreat College.
Rieta Selberg has been named Statesman of the Year by the Tennessee Republican Party.
