John R. Osborne has been named vice president and general manager for Hollywood Casino Corp. in Tunica, Miss. Osborne most recently served as assistant general manager and chief financial officer for the Tunica property. He is a graduate of the University of Montclair.

Deacon Charles A. Wells has been appointed chancellor and executive director of the Catholic Center of the Diocese of Memphis. Wells formerly was employed by W.W. Granger Inc. as a territory manager. He is a member of the Diocesan Strategic Planning Task Force and the Parish Pastoral Council at the Church of the Incarnation.
