PSI Process Systems Inc PSI Process Systems Inc. has announced two new employees. Jay Patel has joined PSI as a principal engineer. He formerly worked for Brown & Root in Mobile, Ala. Patel received a bachelors degree at the Sardar Patel University and a masters degree at Stevens Institute of Technology. Steve Kimes has joined PSI as a project manager. He previously worked for Sandvik Sorting Systems. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri. John A. Good, a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell, has become the law firms new securities group chair. Good has a bachelors and law degree from the University of Memphis. David T. Popwell, a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell, has become the law firms new mergers and acquisitions group chair. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and a law degree from Washington & Lee University. Mike ODell has been named president and chief executive officer for Cortelco Systems Inc. ODell joined Cortelco in 1997 as president and chief operating officer. Pickering Inc. has announced three new employees. Donald Scott Henley has joined Pickering as a civil engineer. He formerly worked as a general contractor in Knoxville. Henley has a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee. Yousef A. Saleh has joined Pickering as a structural project engineer. He formerly was engineering manager for Metal Building Products. Saleh has a masters degree from Ohio University. Thomas J. Wakefield has joined Pickering as an architectural technician. Memphis Communications Corp. has announced two promotions. Sean L. Berry has been promoted to sales manager of the presentation products group. Shell D. Berry has been promoted to sales manager of the mail handling group. Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. has announced several employee promotions. New first vice presidents include David Childe, equity research; Trey Ruch, financial services; and Rob Slay, retirement plan marketing. New vice presidents include Howard Benz, mortgage finance; Steven Childress, fixed income research; Amanda Chrisco, information technology; Craig Croone, fixed income sales; Kelly Crowe, equity research; Whit Crowley, mortgage finance; Bjorn Danielson, fixed income sales; Steve Denegri, equity research; Will Deupree, investment broker; and Gina Deutsch, equity capital markets. Harry Draper has been named managing director of VVP America Inc.s Glasscraft division. Draper joined VVP America in 1992 after serving as owner and chief executive officer of Long Metal Products Co. Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis and the Wharton School of Successful Management. Gail Milnor has been named development director for the Childrens Museum. She formerly was director of development and campaigns for the Memphis Botanic Garden Foundation. Cecilia Palazola has been named director of education for the Childrens Museum. She formerly was a special education teacher with Memphis City Schools. She has bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Memphis. Dianne Vest Duncan, administrative coordinator for Oakville and Shelby County Health Care Centers, was honored with the Distinguished Pharmacist Award by the Tennessee Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
