Billie Peterman has been named chief financial officer and executive vice president of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp Billie Peterman has been named chief financial officer and executive vice president of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp. She previously was employed by Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, N.M., as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Peterman has a bachelors degree from the University of New Mexico and a nursing diploma from Providence School of Nursing. William R. Bruce has joined the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell. Bruce will concentrate his practice in civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Petkoff and Lancaster. He received a bachelors degree from Rhodes College and a law degree from the University of Memphis. NationsBank has selected three new members to serve on its Memphis advisory board: Maurice W. Elliott, president and chief executive officer of Methodist Health Systems; Harry Smith, chairman and chief executive officer of Schilling Cos. Inc. and Schilling Inc.; and Jimmy Whittington, president and chief executive officer of Jimmy Whittington Lumber Co. and Germantown Forest Products Inc. Kenny Patrick has joined Thompson & Co. as an art designer. He formerly was art director for Rutland Simmons Group Inc. Patrick has a bachelors degree from Illinois State University. Susan Powell has joined Thompson & Co. as an account executive. She formerly was senior account manager with Buckley Dement LP in Skokie, Ill. Powell has a bachelors degree from the University of North Texas. Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. has announced several employee promotions. New first vice presidents include: David Benton and Michael Dahood, fixed income research; Mark Crihfield and George Lotterhos, East Memphis fixed income; Jim Daly, fixed income trading; Rod Richardson and Archie Willis, public finance; Gail Rimer, corporate communications; Richard Travis, fixed income capital markets; Kerwin Trussell, mortgage finance. Raymond P. Butler Jr. has joined Steelcraft Corp. as corporate controller. A certified public accountant, Butler formerly was managing partner with Butler & Butler. Kevin Mitchell has joined Walker & Associates Inc. as art director. He formerly worked as an art director at Patterson Design Works. Mitchell is a graduate of Memphis College of Art. Jeff Harris has joined Walker & Associates Inc. as an account executive. He formerly worked as an account manager for Rutland Simmons. Harris is a graduate of the University of Alabama. CB Commercial/Interstate Realty has announced that Lenora Herr and Donna Taylor have received the title of property manager, Patricia Lycan has receive the title of office leasing specialist, and Patrick Burke and Pat Gamble have received the title of associate. Wayne Hyatt has joined the staff of Methodist Behavioral Health as director of addiction services. Previously, Hyatt served as administrative and clinical director of addiction services for the University of Tennessee Medical Group. He received a masters degree from the University of Memphis and bachelors degree from Mississippi State University. Julia Johnson has been named a licensed clinical social worker at Methodist Family Counseling Center. Johnson previously was a clinician in the department of psychiatry at the University of Tennessee Medical Group and worked as a counseling supervisor for Family Services of the Mid-South. She received a masters degree from the University of Tennessee-Memphis.
