Margaret Craddock has been named executive director for the Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association Margaret Craddock has been named executive director for the Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association. She formerly was associate executive director for MIFA and has served as acting executive director since mid-February. Craddock received a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and masters and law degrees from the University of Memphis. Beavers Smith Langford Mundinger, Architects/Engineers/Planners has announced several promotions. Bob J. Beavers has been named chairman emeritus. James Suzuki Langford has been promoted from president to chairman of the board. John W. Mundinger Jr. has been promoted from senior vice president to president. Jack Langford has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president. Vice presidents Beth Beavers Prescott and Terrill Johnson were promoted to senior vice presidents. Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. has announced several promotions to vice president. New vice presidents include Brad Barber, Doug Col, Chris Cooley and Johanna Weatherall, equity research; Frankie Boyd, print shop; and Carol Antley, George Glaser, John Kelly, Gary Kutz and Tim Tooker, operations. SouthTrust Mortgage has announced several additions to its staff. Ricki Hodges has joined the company as vice president and branch manager. Hodges has 12 years experience in mortgage banking, most recently with NationsBank. Wanda Martin has joined the company as a loan officer. She has 20 years experience in real estate/mortgage lending. She formerly was an account executive with NationsBank Mortgage Corp. Carol Sinclair has joined the company as a loan officer Sinclair has 17 years experience in investment and mortgage banking and comes to SouthTrust from NationsBank. Creed Coyle has joined SouthTrust as a loan officer. Coyle has 25 years experience in mortgage banking, most recently with Enterprise Bank. Neva Stafford has joined the company as a loan officer. Stafford has 17 years of mortgage banking experience, and she most recently was with NationsBank. Bro. Michael J. McGinnis was re-appointed president of Christian Brothers University by the board of directors. The board also appointed six new trustees: Bro. Louis De Thomasis, Charles C. Gerber, Bro. Lawrence Humphrey, Rev. Albert E. Kirk, Lynda Shea and Willis H. Willey III. Robbie McKinney was elected treasurer of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants at its convention in June. McKinney, a sole practitioner, has been a member of TSCPA since 1984 and served as the Memphis chapter president in 1995-1996. Dr. Van N. Oliphant, vice provost for extended programs at the University of Memphis, has been named interim vice president for advancement. Jose Gutierrez, master chef of Chez Philippe at the Peabody Hotel, has been chosen for the Great American Chef Award by Sullivan Colleges National Center for Hospitality Studies in Louisville, Ky.
