Crain, Cyndi Craft, Linda Dever, Rita Driver, Murrey Enterline, Robert A. Frey Jr., Bobbi Gillis, John Graham, Louise A. Grant, Stan Holmes, Erskin O. Hubbard Jr., Jane Hubbard, Judy Jones, Rusty King, Judy M. Lee, Margaret K. Love, Pamela M. Martello, Milleigh Pearson, Carroll Raley, David A. Roe, Henry Sammons, Edward Sharp, Melissa Sweeney, Matthew B. Talley, Robert M. Turner, Anne Marie Upshaw and Boo Weeks. The Appraisal Institute will present the course Standards of Professional Practice, Parts A and B, Jan. 29 to Feb. 1 at Memphis Area Association of Realtors, 6393 Poplar Ave. The courses are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except the last day, which is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon. The instructor will be Richard A. Stephens of Richard A. Stephens & Associates Inc. in Little Rock. The cost is $225 for members, associates and affiliates for one part or $325 for both. The cost for all other attendees is $275 for one part or $400 for both. For more information, call Margaret Burrows at 685-2100 or Eric Trotz at 683-7373 Pickering Inc. has received a 1996 honor award for outstanding masonry design of the Bolivar Municipal Center, presented by the Masonry Institute of Tennessee. The 26,000-square-foot facility houses a fire station, senior center, basketball courts, city offices and council chamber, and community activity/meeting rooms. The cost of the complex, a combination of steel frame and load-bearing masonry walls, was $1.9 million. R. Bruce Young of Re/Max Commercial and Industrial recently was awarded the Certified International Property Specialist designation. Young received the designation at the National Association of Realtors annual convention in San Francisco.
