Victory Bank has announced several promotions: Joel T. Johnson has joined the Pickering Firm Inc. as a structural engineer. He was formerly with Burr & Cole Engineers. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Memphis. Victory Bank has announced several promotions: Lisa H. Fite was promoted to vice president. Fite joined the company in 1992 and is manager of the Germantown office. Ray Palmer was promoted to vice president. Palmer joined the bank in 1994 as a commercial loan officer. Richard Whitley was promoted to vice president. Whitley joined the company in 1995 and is manager of the Collierville office. Nancy L. Prince was promoted to banking officer. Prince rejoined Victory Bank in January as a loan administrative assistant. Jack Range has joined Arnoult & Associates Inc. as senior consultant. Range previously was director of development for the Catholic Diocese of Memphis. Dr. Fred D. Johnson has been appointed to the board of directors of Memphis Area Teachers Credit Union. Johnson is assistant superintendent for instruction for Shelby County Schools. Rhea & Ivy has announced several staff additions: John A. May Jr. has joined the tax department as senior manager. He has graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Mississippi. Julie R. Dean has joined the audit department as a Level I. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University and formerly was employed by Chi Omega. Steven Hirsch has been named vice president of marketing for Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. He most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing for Howmedica Inc. He has a bachelors degree from Johns Hopkins and a masters degree from Purdue University. Billy C. Ramsey has been named chief administrative officer with the Cancer Specialty Clinic. She previously was operations manager Edward T. Taylor II has joined Delta Asset Management Inc. as vice president. Taylor has a bachelors degree from Washington and Lee University. Federal Express Corp. has announced the promotion of four to vice president: Dorothy E. Berry is vice president customer automation and invoicing. She formerly was managing director of customer automation programs. Mark S. Blair is vice president of supplemental air operations. He most recently was managing director of feeder aircraft operations. James W. Candler is vice president of personnel records. He formerly was managing director of personnel information systems. Diane B. Mattman is vice president of customer service strategic planning and analysis. Mattman most recently was managing director of regional planning and administration for the Southern region. Donna Moor, a real estate broker with Pyramid Realtors Mississippi office, has been named Realtor of the Year by the North DeSoto County Board of Realtors. Dr. Robert Freeman has joined Midtown Mental Health Center as staff psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Tuft University.
