Construction underway on Les Passees show homes in Cordova-The Town
The Les Passees Southern Living Home Show, a month-long home show to benefit Memphis oldest volunteer womens organization, will feature three upscale houses currently under construction in Cordova-The Town.
The show homes will range from $320,000 to $475,000. Sizes range from about 3,720 square feet to about 4,400 square feet. Two of the three homes will feature living quarters above garages.
The focal point of the home show will be the Belvedere, a 4,200-square-foot home designed by Carson Looney and Brad Shapiro of Looney Ricks Kiss Architects Inc.
Hank Hill is the builder and Rhea Crenshaw is the interior designer of the home, which is expected to be featured in an upcoming issue of Southern Living magazine.
The second show home was designed by Todd Walker and Jeff Blackledge of Archimania P.C., a Memphis architectural firm. The two-story, three bedroom and two-and-a-half bath house will include 3,720 square feet of heated space. Gill Development Co. is the builder.
The third show home, featuring 3,716 square feet of heated area, was designed by Memphis architect Donovan Smith. Gill Development will build the house, which also contains about 700 square feet of living space in an apartment above a detached two-car garage.
The home show will open Oct. 18 and continue through Nov. 17. The $6 admission charge will benefit Les Passees Childrens Services Inc.
