moves to Olive Branch
IMC Web Graphics, a subsidiary of Boulder, Colo.-based Intermountain Color Inc., is opening a 25,000-square-foot regional printing plant at the Metro Industrial Park in Olive Branch, Miss.
The open-web printing company is opening its 10th location nationwide at the Belz Enterprises-owned industrial park. The space will be used for offices, printing, sales and distribution.
"Metro Industrial Park is an ideal location for a new company," said Andrew J. Groveman, Belz senior vice president of marketing and administration. "Metro offers a variety of distribution opportunities, allowing IMC Web Graphics the flexibility to choose a space that fits all of its needs."
"We need to be close to our customers in Memphis, eastern Arkansas and northern Mississippi," said Dan Retchloff, president of IMC Web Graphics. "Metro Industrial Park is the perfect upscale location and really fits all of our corporate needs."
Vernon McBride of McBride Realty in Olive Branch was the leasing agent.
Metro Industrial Park currently is expanding with the addition of a new warehouse, which brings the facility to 90,000 square feet of space. The single- or multi-tenant building has 40 overhead doors, 26-foot clearance and mechanical dock leveler equipment. The building is located adjacent to the Olive Branch Airport.
