Laura T. Todd has joined the Bank of Collierville as mortgage loan officer. Formerly with First Tennessee Mortgage in Collierville, she has been in mortgage banking for more than 14 years. Todd is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelors degree in business administration.

Michelle Nobles, quality management coordinator for Trinity HealthCare Services, has been appointed to the 1996 Board of Examiners for the Tennessee Quality Award by the awards board of directors.
John Ferguson has been appointed to succeed state finance and administration commissioner Bob Corker effective July 1. Ferguson was appointed by Gov. Don Sundquist in January to lead the commission responsible for ensuring the states compliance with the court order at Arlington Developmental Center. He formerly served as chief executive officer of Community Bancshares Inc. in Germantown.

Vroi V. Taylor has been promoted to assistant vice president. Taylor is the manager for the Downtown banking center.
Lee Zoller has been promoted to assistant vice president. Zoller is a commercial real estate lender and a member of the Southeast division of the real estate banking group.
Rebecca Dyer has been named manager of medical staff services at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis. She previously was medical staff coordinator at Le Bonheur Childrens Medical Center.
Patricia Ann Sherman, vice president of Medshares Home Care Inc., has been appointed by the board of directors of the Tennessee Quality Award to the 1996 Board of Examiners.

John H. Jones has been an employee of the firm since 1993 and has served as senior project manager of various projects. He also serves as the companys marketing director. Jones is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
Rebecca Conrad has been an employee of Askew Nixon since 1989 and has served as senior project manager on several projects. She is a graduate of Auburn University.
John Schick has joined the Skinner & Broadbent Co. as a sales representative. Schick has 10 years of experience in the local commercial real estate market.
