The United Ways Management Assistance Program will hold a seminar on "Managing in a Changing Environment: The Flexibility Factor" at the United Way office at 1407 Union Ave. from 9 a.m. until noon. Dorothy Norris-Tirrell, Ph.D., assistant professor in the department of political science at the University of Memphis, will be the presenter. The seminar will provide strategies for developing a flexible management approach that allows managers to address the needs of staff, clients, funders and the society at large.
