01/31 Memos Jennifer Combs has joined Interstate Realty Corp. as the property manager of Apple Tree Center. Combs formerly was a property manager with Trammell Crow Co. in Florida and with Henry Turley Co. in Memphis. Stephen C. Reynolds, president and chief executive officer of Baptist Memorial Health Care System Inc. has been named chairman-elect of the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce. He will assume the office of chairman on Jan. 1. Reynolds joined Baptist in 1971. He is an Army veteran who has a masters degree in health administration from Washington University and a bachelors degree in business from Arkansas State University. David Platt has been named vice president of Enterprise National Bank. Platt has been with the bank for two years and recently served as an assistant vice president in the commercial lending division. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis. The Regional Medical Center at Memphis has announced several appointments: Anita Lockridge has been appointed the Meds vice president for finance. She joined the Med in 1990 and has served as interim vice president of finance since April 1995. A certified public accountant, Lockridge is a graduate of Chicago State University. Martha Garner has been appointed director of nursing for the emergency department at the Med. Garner joined the Med in 1985. Sandra Wallace has been appointed accounts payable manager at the Med. She has been an employee there since 1994. John M. Fowler has joined Victory Bank and Trust Co. as vice president and commercial lender for the Cordova office. Fowler has 19 years of banking experience with First Tennessee and NationsBank, where he was most recently a commercial lender. Rhea & Ivy PLC has announced the following promotions and appointments: Carol A. Johnson-Bishop, a University of Memphis graduate, has been promoted to manager, tax department. Holly E. Bailey, an Auburn University graduate, has been promoted to manager, audit department. Christy L. Bradley has been promoted to senior, audit department. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Ronald L. Franks, a graduate of the University of Memphis, has been promoted to level II, audit department. Christie W. Coughlan has been promoted to level II, audit department. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis. Jill P. Kitchens, a University of Memphis graduate, has been promoted to level II, audit department. Ray L. Bergin has been promoted to level II, audit department. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Brian N. Bass and Heather E. Ragan, both graduates of the University of Memphis, have joined the audit department, level I. Robert Shaw has been named executive vice president of Enterprise National Bank. Shaw joined the bank more than three years ago and serves as its chief financial officer. He has a bachelors degree and a masters degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi. John Hager, ASLA, has joined the Pickering Firm Inc. as a landscape architect. He has more than eight years of project experience in urban, commercial and recreational landscape architecture. Hager has a bachelors degree in landscape architecture from Iowa State University. Dr. Todd Robinson has joined the internal medicine staff of Health First Medical Group. Robinson completed medical school at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, where he also did his internship and residency in internal medicine. He also has completed a fellowship in endocrinology.
