11/8 Memos Holland Burns has been promoted to catering and conference manager for The Peabody Hotel. Burns previously served as the hotels executive conference center manager. She attended Christian Brothers University. Dawn Dugan has been named public relations manager for The Peabody Hotel. Before joining The Peabody, Dugan was employed with Morgan Keegan & Co. in Memphis and Nashville. Dugan has a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Mississippi. Adrianne Roberts has been promoted to assistant director of human resources at The Peabody Hotel. Roberts previously was the hotels employment manager. Roberts received her bachelors degree in human resources management from the University of Memphis. Randy Watts has been named director of property services for The Peabody Hotel. Before joining The Peabody, Watts worked as housekeeping manager at Walt Disney Companys All-Star Resort in Orlando. Dr. Frank Goldberg, has been appointed executive assistant to University of Memphis President V. Lane Rawlins. Goldberg previously was coordinator of budgets and institutional research at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Goldberg has a bachelors degree in economics from the City College of New York and a masters and doctorate in labor and industrial relations from the University of Illinois. Mary Ann Camp has been awarded the James House Williamson Award by the Tennessee Human Resource Council/Society for Human Resource Management for her contributions to the professional development of human resource management. She is assistant vice president for human resources at the University of Memphis and a graduate of the university. Larry W. Papasan, president of Smith & Nephew Richards, has been named the 1995 Executive of the Year by the Memphis chapter of Professional Secretaries International.
