Capital improvements to The Regional Medical Center at Memphis’ Turner Tower are moving forward, with a $14 million permit application recently filed for renovations to the building.
The application, filed with the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement, calls for 75,000 square feet of renovation work and interior demolition in the tower, which is on The MED’s campus at 877 Jefferson Ave.

The Regional Medical Center at Memphis has filed a $1.3 million permit application with the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement for facility improvements.
The permit, which specifically calls for phase two of an “intervention cath lab and outpatient clinic” at The MED’s 877 Jefferson Ave. campus, was filed this week.
