1. Kirkpatrick Named CFO At Commercial Advisors -

Lori Kirkpatrick has joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Advisors as chief financial officer. In this role, Kirkpatrick oversees all finance and accounting functions at the commercial real estate services firm, including lease administration services provided to clients.

A new standalone financial firm has launched out of Duncan-Williams Inc. that has its own name and website and will soon move into its own Poplar Avenue office space.

3. Raymond James Tower Fetches $20 Million -

How much is a 21-story skyscraper overlooking the Mississippi River worth? About $1 million a floor.

New York-based investor Jacob Sofer will pay Parkway Properties around $20 million for the Raymond James Tower at 50 N. Front St. Downtown, according to several people with knowledge of the transaction. The Shelby County Assessor of Property’s 2014 appraisal for the 340,000-square-foot building is $24 million.

10. Madewell Coming to Saddle Creek -

The Shops of Saddle Creek in Germantown will soon gain another national retailer with no other presence in Tennessee.

Madewell, a subsidiary of J. Crew Group Inc., has signed a 3,061-square-foot lease in The Shops of Saddle Creek North, 7509 Poplar Ave., in part of the space that was previously The Gap in between James Avery Jewelry and Brighton Collectables.

The family and divorce law firm of Divorce Inc. has opened a new office in East Memphis.

One month after opening its third office in Clarksville, Tenn., the Jackson, Tenn.-based firm has relocated its Collierville office to the Forum I building at 6750 Poplar Ave.
