The Summer Commons retail center at 5124 Summer Ave. in Berclair sold in a substitute trustee’s sale following a recent foreclosure. A local entity related to New York-based NATIXIS Real Estate Capital Inc. bought the 120,000-square-foot center on the courthouse steps for $3.5 million.
