Paychecks for Patriots, a hiring event for Tennessee veterans and their family members, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the American Job Center, 3040 Walnut Grove Road. More than three dozen employers will be on hand, with many conducting on-site interviews. Attendees should bring resumes and dress for an interview.
