Arvest Bank of Oklahoma has reclaimed the unfinished Lamar Crossing Apartments for $5.5 million in a Nov. 13 substitute trustees’ sale. The bank formally bought the complex from Donald Bourland and Lancelot Minor of Bourland, Heflin, Alvarez, Minor & Matthews PLC, who were appointed substitute trustees June 16.
