Southwest Tennessee Community College is sponsoring the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Meals will be provided at no separate charge to eligible children at the Early Childhood Education Center, 717 Beale St., and at the Campus Kid’s Corner, 5990 Resources Drive.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service administers the Child and Adult Care Food Program through grants to states.
The program serves meals and snacks to eligible children and adults who are enrolled for care at participating child care centers, day care homes and adult day care centers.
CACFP also provides meals to children in emergency shelters and snacks to youths participating in after-school care programs.
