24. Will the Philadelphia 76ers, who were at FedExForum to play the Grizzlies in a preseason game this past week, finally crack 20 victories after winning 19 games three seasons ago, then 18, and only 10 last season?

2. Grizzlies to Open Season Oct. 26 at Home vs. Minnesota - Friday, August 12, 2016

The NBA released the 2016-17 regular season schedule and while it gave the Grizzlies an intriguing home opener and a packed December with 11 home games, it moved the Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Game to the preceding Sunday night and hit Memphis with 17 sets of back-to-back games (34 games total).

As the Tennessee Titans sink toward the end of another lackluster season, they head into the off-season with still more holes to fill for 2016.

Car Wash USA Express has added another location with the $2.8 million purchase of the car wash facility at 3736 Riverdale Road in the Hickory Hill North area. The company, operating in the transaction as Car Wash USA Express Riverdale LLC, bought the 4,712-square-foot facility from Riverdale Road Carwash Memphis LLC. The sale closed Sept. 9.
