Versant Inks Office Lease at Germantown Park -

Memphis-based Versant Supply Chain is going corporate with a newly signed anchor tenant lease in the Germantown Park office development near Germantown Parkway and Walnut Grove.
The seven-year commitment is a big move for Versant, which has been operating out of built-in office space at its 4105 Mendenhall Road warehouse.

Lodging and gaming stocks had risen in the days before the reports were released, as a drop in oil prices boosted investors’ hopes that the impact of the U.S. economic downturn on the travel industry might not be as great as feared.
