Paxton Lynch went through all the drills – physical and mental – at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis and, brace yourself for this deep insight, but the “experts” feel confident that his pro career will land somewhere between Tom Brady and Tim Tebow.

7. New Regime Begins Rebuild at NFL Combine -

The sports nation’s eyes are rarely fixed on the Tennessee Titans. The upcoming season will be the franchise’s 20th year in the state of Tennessee, and except for their Super Bowl run in 1999 and a couple of playoff years where they were the No. 1 seed, the Titans haven’t really commanded the full attention of the football world.

8. One Tigers Football Era Ends, Another Begins -

As handoffs go, this one was a fumble.

From two great seasons under Justin Fuente to one game under an interim coach – tough spot for retained assistant Darrell Dickey, by the way – and now the ball is to be carried forward by first-time head coach Mike Norvell.

9. Paxton Lynch: The Helmet Still Fits -

Google will give you the truth. Put in a name – say, Hillary Clinton – and watch what happens.

In order: emails, vs. Donald Trump, and age.

Now put in Paxton Lynch and watch what happens.

10. In Due Time, Lynch Will Shine as Tigers QB -

To understand the potential impact of redshirt freshman quarterback Paxton Lynch, you have to do two things up front: forget his numbers (for a while) and look at the numbers produced by other Tiger quarterbacks.
