Leases Push Renaissance Center Near Capacity -

The Renaissance Center office building in East Memphis should be near capacity early next year, following a series of recent lease signings.
Financial Federal signed a lease on Tuesday, Nov. 20, to occupy 27,000 square feet on the first and second floors of the Renaissance Center, 1715 Aaron Brenner Drive. In addition to the new location, the growing financial firm will have signage atop the East Memphis office building along Poplar Avenue east of Interstate 240.

A Memphis-based tubing supplier is renewing its lease and more than doubling its space in a distressed Hickory Hill industrial park.
Jacob Tubing LP – the U.S. subsidiary of European modular tubing manufacturer Jacob Soehne – has renewed its 10-year lease for 20,232 square feet and expanded into an additional 30,000 square feet at Willow Lake Business Park, 3948 Willow Lake Blvd., in the Southeast industrial submarket.

Two recent leases at Parkway Place Office have brought the center to 100 percent occupancy. Guardian Community Living LLC signed a 10,500-square-foot lease in the 70,000-square-foot office annex that is situated in Cordova.
