6. SEC Coaches Saban, Bielema Want to Change NFL Draft Rules -

DESTIN, Fla. (AP) – Alabama's Nick Saban and Arkansas' Bret Bielema would like to see a major change to rules regarding NFL draft entry.

This one is far from a slam dunk.

The high-profile coaches said Tuesday at the Southeastern Conference's annual meetings they would like to see underclassmen who leave school early have the option of returning after testing their prospects for the NFL draft – similar to what happens in college basketball.

11. Countrywood TIC Activity Surpasses Purchase Price -

The Countrywood Crossing shopping center at 2257 N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova added its 32nd tenant-in-common (TIC) with the arrival of Countrywood-Hardt LLC of San Diego. That entity paid $2.2 million for 3.56 percent of the 175,000-square-foot shopping center.

12. Countrywood Crossing Adds 31st Tenant-in-Common -

Yet another tenant-in-common (TIC) has bought into the Countrywood Crossing shopping center at 2257 N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova, bringing the total to 31. Countrywood-Summerlin LLC of New York in late December paid $3.2 million for 5.17 percent of the 175,000-square-foot shopping center.

Four more tenant-in-common (TIC) partners have bought into the Countrywood Crossing shopping center at 2257 N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova, bringing the total to 30. All four warranty deeds, totaling $6.7 million, closed within the past three weeks.

Four more tenant-in-common (TIC) partners have bought into the Countrywood Crossing shopping center in Cordova, bringing the total to 19.

Countrywood 1031 LLC, the entity that bought the 175,000-square-foot shopping center for $55.2 million earlier this year, has sold $39 million worth of TIC shares since the March acquisition.

16. Countrywood Crossing Owner Adds Trio of TICs -

Countrywood 1031 LLC, the entity that bought Countrywood Crossing shopping center in Cordova earlier this year, has sold three more tenant-in-common (TIC) shares totaling $6.5 million, giving the company a total of 14 TICs worth $34.1 million. All were classified as “special” warranty deeds, closing the last week of August.
