Andrew Zimmern, co-creator, host and contributing producer of “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern,” is in Memphis filming two shows – one for the Food Network and one for the Travel Channel, a member of the production crew confirmed.

United Airlines is pausing its pet-shipping business after mishaps that included a dog winding up in Japan instead of Kansas.
United said Tuesday that it will halt PetSafe reservations while it reviews the service, which lets customers ship pets as cargo. Fees can run several hundred dollars for a medium-size or big dog.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — Boeing already has the Dreamliner. Now it also has the Starliner.
The aerospace giant announced the name of its future space fleet Friday. More than 200 people, including Florida Gov. Rick Scott, NASA and Boeing officials, and a bevy of former astronauts, gathered at NASA's Kennedy Space Center to celebrate the grand opening of Boeing's commercial crew and cargo processing facility.

Shelby County’s homebuilding industry is off to a slow start in 2014, with builders filing 16.6 percent fewer permits in the second quarter than in the same three-month period a year ago.
Builders filed 245 permits in Shelby County in the second quarter, compared with 294 permits in the second quarter of 2013, according to real estate information company Chandler Reports, www.chandlerreports.com. Builders filed 191 permits in the first quarter.
